The initiatives by ActionAid in Bangladesh align with the mission of One Million Mobilization to create a safe and green world, where children and youth actively contribute to environmental protection and combatting the climate crisis. Through their active involvement, children and young people in Bangladesh are making significant progress in building a safer and greener planet for everyone.

Khadija, a 15-year-old girl, shared her experience, stating, "I was so happy to be in the drawing contest and placed second. As a reward, I received a tree sapling. While talking with others during the contest, I learned that plastic is really bad for the environment and it's up to us to fix it. I want to tell my neighbors and friends about how harmful plastic is. Let's work together to make our world clean, safe, and full of green plants."
