Notice for Vendor Enlistment

ActionAid Bangladesh is seeking applications from potential suppliers, service providers, and individual consultants for Vendor Enlistment. Those with relevant experience in the categories listed in the Vendor Information Sheet (VIS) are invited to apply. Please submit your online applications through the provided link between 13th August to 2nd September 2024.

Enlistment Period: Two Years 

Documents: To complete a smooth application process, it is recommended to have the following scanned copies of relevant documents ready for upload:

  • Proof of work experience (e.g., Work Order, Challan or Completion Report)
  • Evidence of experience in the specific category you are applying for
  • Proof of experience in emergency response
  • Scanned copy of a Bank Account checkbook
  • Scanned copy of the Trade License
  • Scanned copy of the TIN Certificate
  • Acknowledgement of recent Tax Return submission
  • Scanned copy of the VAT Registration Certificate
  • Company profile (maximum file size: 10 MB)

Instructions for Applicants from Kutubdia and Moheshkhali:

Only applicants from Kutubdia and Moheshkhali under Cox’s Bazar can submit their applications either online or offline. Those unable to apply online should download the attached Vendor Information Sheet (VIS) on official letterhead, ensure all documents are sealed and signed by an authorized person, and submit the hard copy of the Vendor Enlistment Schedule (VIS) to the ActionAid Bangladesh Cox’s Bazar office (House #752, Block C, Ward #1, Jhautola, Mosjid Road, Cox’s Bazar-4700) between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm from 13th August to 2nd September, 2024 (working days only).

Application deadline:  September 02, 2024.

The authority of ActionAid Bangladesh reserves the right to accept or reject any application without assigning any reason whatsoever. 

After this enlistment is finalized, the previous list will be abandoned. Hence, all interested parties are encouraged to submit their applications.
