Job Summary: 

As a Visual Communications Intern, you will work closely with our Communications team to create and design visual contents that effectively communicate our brand identity and messages. You will have the opportunity to contribute to various projects, including social media graphics, marketing materials, presentations, and more.

Job Responsibilities

1. Creative content production:

• Support in visual communication through ideation and graphic design.
• Designing different communication materials including reports, publications, brand materials, and digital content.
• Basic photography.

2. Archiving:

• Archiving the resources (soft copy and hard copy)
• Maintain the archive file.
• Communicating to programme teams for developing visual communication products.

Education & Skills:

• Education in graphic design, fine arts, communications, social science or a related fields.
• Strong creativity and design skills
• Good communication and collaboration skills

Experience:

• 6 months work experience in any national or international organisations.
• Any professional experience on content designing.

Technical Skills:

• Expertise in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign).
• Expertise in operating MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.
