In 2025, disruption was not a singular event but a defining condition—shaping systems, straining resources, and
testing the resilience of communities. Yet, within this uncertainty, people did not stand still. They organised,
adapted, and led from the front. Across Bangladesh, women, youth, and communities navigated shifting realities with determination—sustaining
essential services, defending rights, and advancing solutions rooted in solidarity and local leadership. Our role
was to stand alongside them, enabling pathways that transformed disruption into momentum.
