About

Climate change is now widely recognized as one of the greatest threats in current times. Women and girls have been disproportionately impacted by the adversities caused through climate change.

ActionAid Bangladesh wants to bring forth the stories of women and girls to showcase how climate change impact their lives and livelihoods as well as explore women’s roles in protecting themselves and their family members from climate change related vulnerabilities. The exhibition also aims to depict the women-led resilient and innovative approaches to climate changes.

Therefore, ActionAid Bangladesh has taken this initiative to share these stories through a virtual photography exhibition on ‘Impact of Climate Change on Women and Girls and Their Resilient Approach’.

This exhibition is a humble effort to make people aware about the impacts of climate change on women and girls and take collective measures to prevent climate change.
